Marcus Ehning won in Mannheim
New team member at Kingsland, Marcus Ehning won the Grand Prix with his horse Plot Blue in Mannheim Thuesday week.
The show in Mannheim had it's second Grand Prix today - Grosser Preis von MVV Energi Mannheim - and it was won by Marcus Ehning with Plot Blue (Mr. Blue x Pilot).
Only six riders managed to clear the 1,55 m course to qualify for the jump-off. And in the jump-off three of the riders had to settle with four faults. Hans-Dieter Dreher with Embassy (Escudo x Silvio) ended fourth, Rene Tebbel with Light On (Lordanos x Landadel) ended fifth and Helena Persson with Bonzai H (Baloubet du Rouet x Caletto) ended sixht.
Marcus Ehning with Plot Blue was last to go in the jump-off and he managed to be almost a second faster than Gert-Jan Bruggink with Andrea (Marome NW x Voltaire). David Will with Colorit (Coriano x Capitol), who did a safe and clear jump-off, ended third.
